Beef With Bean Curd And Vegetables Recipe

  2. Combine soy sauce, sherry, cornstarch, vinegar and sugar in small bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Reserve.

  6. Heat oil in wok or possibly large skillet.
  7. Add in beef; stir fry 3 min.
  8. Add in bean curd, spinach, mushrooms, snow peas, green onions and bamboo shoots; stir fry 30 seconds or possibly till spinach wilts.
  9. Stir sauce into wok; cook 1 minute.
  10. Serves 6.
