Garlic cheese tilapia
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (I used Mexican blend)
- Take large piece of aluminum foil.
- Place 1 tilapia fillet on foil.
- Mix all ingredients and put 1/4 (total) of the mixture on both sides of the tilapia fillet.
- Seal the aluminum foil around the edges.
- Repeat this process with the remaining fillets.
- Stack all foil packets in the slow cooker on top of each other.
- Cook for 3 to 4 hours on low.
- fish should flake with a fork when cooking is complete
