Veal Apple Loaf Recipe

• 1 pound grnd veal
• 1/4 c. seasoned herb croutons, crushed
• 1/4 c. applesauce
• 1 egg
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

1. Shape into ring 6-inches x 2-inches wide.
2. Microwave on HIGH 7-9 min, turn after 4 min.
3. Let stand 5 min.
