Citrus-Glazed Pork with Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 to 20 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, zest and wine.
  4. Brush onto meat, turning to evenly coat all sides.
  5. Place in shallow foil-lined pan.
  6. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place potatoes in large bowl.
  7. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  8. Place, 3 inches apart, on baking sheet.
  9. Place clean kitchen towel over potatoes; flatten each potato with palm of hand to form small round.
  10. Remove towel.
  11. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese.
  12. Bake meat and potatoes 25 to 30 min.
  13. or until meat is done (160 degrees F) and potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
  14. Serve with broccoli.
