Citrus-Glazed Pork with Crispy Parmesan Potatoes
- 1 lb. (450 g) red new potatoes (about 12)
- 1 pork tenderloin (1 lb./450 g) Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest
- 3 Tbsp. dry red wine
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 to 20 min.
- or until tender; drain.
- Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, zest and wine.
- Brush onto meat, turning to evenly coat all sides.
- Place in shallow foil-lined pan.
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place potatoes in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Place, 3 inches apart, on baking sheet.
- Place clean kitchen towel over potatoes; flatten each potato with palm of hand to form small round.
- Remove towel.
- Sprinkle potatoes with cheese.
- Bake meat and potatoes 25 to 30 min.
- or until meat is done (160 degrees F) and potatoes are crisp and golden brown.
- Serve with broccoli.
