Donna's Seafood Fettucini Recipe
- 2 lbs. crawfish, shrimp or possibly crabmeat
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2 onions, minced
- 2 stalks celery, minced
- 2 bell peppers, minced
- 2 tbsp. minced garlic
- Add in approximately 2 pounds of seafood to the above and serve over fettucini noodles that have been tossed with approximately 1/2 c. each freshly grated Romano and Parmesan cheese.
