Apple Nut Cranberry Crisp
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 8 cups apples, sliced
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In food processor, chop together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, salt and butter until crumbled.
- In a large bowl, mix together chopped apples with all the rest of the ingredients.
- Divide oatmeal mixture in half and press into bottom and sides of a 13 x 9 pan.
- Pour apple mixture into pan and sprinkle the rest of the oatmeal mixture on top.
- Bake for one hour or until lightly browned and bubbly.
