Healthy Carrot Cake Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Beat 2 min on high.
  3. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan coated with spray.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 min.
  5. Done when pick comes out clean.
  6. Cold 30 min.
