Mini Meatloaves
- 2 slices bread
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 14 cup milk
- 14 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 14-12 teaspoon grill seasoning (Monterrey steak seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ketchup
- Let the bread soak up the milk and egg until mushy.
- Add the seasoning, worchestershire sauce and ground beef.
- Make into mini meatloaves (or meatballs that are flattened).
- Top with a dollop of ketchup.
- Place into a greased 9 x 11 or cookie sheet.
- These should be spread out so they are not sitting in a grease pool as they cook.
- Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
