Fish tacoz w/cucumber Pico de gallo
- 1 lb tilapia
- 1 packages Wheat or corn tacos
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 salt free Mrs Dash original seasoning
- pinch salt
- 1 tomatoe ,diced
- 1 cucumber ,chopped
- 1 1/2 jalapenos,chopped
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 juice of lime
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 queso fresco
- 1 cilantro (optional)
- Heat pan on med high heat and Drizzle olive oil in pan.
- Season fish with lemon juice and seasoning of choice and place fish in hot olive oil cooked fish till seated on both sides and cooked through
- Dice veggies and and mix with lime,olive oil & pepper/salt.
- Taste test!

- Heat tortillas on a hot skillet keep an eye careful not to burn!

- Top tortilla with fish ,salsa ,queso fresco, &even cilantro is superb on this magnificent taco!
