Easy Lemon Chicken
- 1 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins Or Breasts
- 1/2 cups Bottled Italian Salad Dressing
- 18 cups Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 dash Lawry's Seasoning Salt
- Heat a nonstick skillet on medium-high with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place chicken tenderloins or breasts in the skillet and add Italian salad dressing (about 1/3 to 1/2 cup)it will cook off, so dont worry if you think you have too much.
- Next, pour in lemon juice (bottled works fine), 1/8 cup to start.
- You can add more after you simmer the chicken.
- Place a lid on the skillet and simmer for 4-5 minutes until chicken looks firm and white.
- You can turn it over during this time if you dont get distracted.
- After simmering and when the chicken releases from a knife, remove the lid, sprinkle on seasoning salt, and brown the chicken.
- Watch it now, because it will burn easily.
- Once browned, eat up.
- Simple, fairly healthy and teenagers will love it.
