Easy Lemon Chicken

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet on medium-high with a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Place chicken tenderloins or breasts in the skillet and add Italian salad dressing (about 1/3 to 1/2 cup)it will cook off, so dont worry if you think you have too much.
  3. Next, pour in lemon juice (bottled works fine), 1/8 cup to start.
  4. You can add more after you simmer the chicken.
  5. Place a lid on the skillet and simmer for 4-5 minutes until chicken looks firm and white.
  6. You can turn it over during this time if you dont get distracted.
  7. After simmering and when the chicken releases from a knife, remove the lid, sprinkle on seasoning salt, and brown the chicken.
  8. Watch it now, because it will burn easily.
  9. Once browned, eat up.
  10. Simple, fairly healthy and teenagers will love it.
