Potato Hamburger Corn Hot Dish Recipe

  1. Slice potatoes thin as for scalloped potatoes.
  2. Line bottom of casserole.
  3. Make a white sauce of butter, flour, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour over potato layer.
  5. Add in corn.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs in greased, covered casserole.
  7. (May use cream of chicken, mushroom or possibly celery soup in place of white sauce - adding sufficient lowfat milk to soup to make 2 c.
  8. liquid.)
