Potato Hamburger Corn Hot Dish Recipe
- 1 pound hamburger, browned
- 1 can cream style corn
- 4 or possibly 5 potatoes
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper
- Slice potatoes thin as for scalloped potatoes.
- Line bottom of casserole.
- Make a white sauce of butter, flour, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour over potato layer.
- Add in corn.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs in greased, covered casserole.
- (May use cream of chicken, mushroom or possibly celery soup in place of white sauce - adding sufficient lowfat milk to soup to make 2 c.
- liquid.)
