Sausage Cheese Quiche Recipe
- 1/2 pound fried sausage (pour off grease)
- 3 beaten Large eggs
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound med. sharp cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pie shell
- Cook pie shell about 5 min.
- Put half of cheese in pie shell.
- Spoon in sausage.
- Pour in Large eggs, lowfat milk, seasonings.
- Add in rest of cheese on top.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 min on bottom rack.
