Sweet and Spicy Veggies

  1. Heat oil in a large saute pan.
  2. Add veggies, but not garlic.
  3. Season.
  4. Toss.
  5. Saute approximately 8-10 minutes or until veggies are caramelized and tender.
  6. Add minced garlic approximately 2 minutes before veggies are done.
  7. Variations; Corn, mustard, honey, vinegar, pesto, roasted red pepper sauce

yellow bell pepper, some seeds left, carrots, stalk, onion, green onion, clove garlic, onion, chile powder, cayenne pepper, lemon peel seasoning, paprika, lemon, salt
