Emperor Julius Salad
- 4 10 inch (25cm) flour tortilla
- 1 romaine lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, cut in wedges
- 8 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1/2 cup each: sliced black olives and capers
- 1/2 cup each: Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese and croutons
- 1/2 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- BRUSH both sides of tortillas with salad dressing.
- Invert a medium -size glass plate and shape each tortilla over plate.
- Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.
- Rotate plate; microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 minutes longer until crisp.
- Cool on wire rack; remove tortilla from plate.
- LINE tortilla "plates" with lettuce; attractively arrange eggs, bacon, olives and capers on lettuce.
- Sprinkle with cheese and croutons; drizzle with dressing.
