Chocolate & Coffee Mousse Mini Pudding Parfaits
- Chocolate Mousse
- PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- Coffee Mousse
- PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup brewed strong GEVALIA Kaffe, cooled
- 1/2 cup JELL-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- Assembly
- 32 each OREO Brownies, cut into 1-3/4-inch circles
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping
- 2 Tbsp. OREO Pieces-Small
- Chocolate Mousse Beat cream cheese and cream with mixer until well blended.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Coffee Mousse Beat cream cheese and coffee with mixer until well blended.
- Add dry pudding mix; beat until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- For each serving: Spoon or pipe 3 Tbsp.
- Chocolate Mousse into 5-oz.
- (2-inch-wide) dessert glass; top with 1 brownie, 3 Tbsp.
- Coffee Mousse, 1 Tbsp.
- whipped topping and 1/4 tsp.
- OREO Pieces.
