Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Bleu

  1. Bring medium pan to medium high heat and add bacon and saute until crisp.
  2. About 8 minutes.
  3. Set bacon aside and discard grease.
  4. Bring pan back to medium high heat add olive oil and garlic and saute for 2 minutes or until soft.
  5. Add brussel sprouts and saute for an additional 8 minutes.
  6. Serve on a plate and sprinkle bacon and bleu cheese and serve.
