Chilli Prawns
- 1 kg uncooked prawns, if frozen defrost thoroughly
- 1 Outer skin only of 3-4 large onions
- 1 good amount of sea salt
- Add all the ingredients to a sauce pan.
- Add enough water to cover all the prawns.
- Add a good amount of salt to the water.
- Bring to the boil and cook for 3-6 minutes or until the prawns have all turned pink in colour.
- You don't want to over cook them as they will become tough to eat.
- Remove from the boiling pot and let it cool completely.
- Then serve as you wish and enjoy.
