Unstuffed Cabbage

  1. Use large saucepan with cover.
  2. (I use a 12" deep fry pan).
  3. Cook ground beef with onions and garlic; stir in cinnamon.
  4. Add brown rice and water, vinegar and Worcestershire and dry mustard.
  5. Cover and cook on low 5 minutes until rice is almost done.
  6. Add cabbage and cook until cabbage wilts - maybe 10 minutes.
