Japanese Italian Dressing

• 1 pkg. (0.7 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Italian or Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
• 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. water
• 2 Tbsp. mirin (sweet rice wine)
• 1/2 cup oil

1. Shake all ingredients together in cruet or other container with tight-fitting lid.
