Easy Cucumber Raita
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
- 1/2 each cucumbers cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 small garlic cloves freshly minced
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1 pinch salt
- In a small bowl, add yogurt, cucumber, garlic, cumin and salt.
- Stir with a spoon until well combined.
- Serve.
- Note: It can be made a few hours ahead, wrap it up, keep in the refrigerator.
- Take it out just before serving, and stir it thoroughly again.
