Easy, Fuss Free Tart Pastry

  1. Sift together the flour, almond powder, and sugar.
  2. Beat the egg.
  3. Microwave the butter to melt.
  4. Put all the ingredients into a resealable plastic container, close the lid, then shake!!
  5. Shake, shake, and shake, until you can't shake it any more!
  6. It should look crumbly like this.
  7. Wrap in plastic wrap, then press it together to form a dough.
  8. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  9. Sandwich in plastic wrap, then roll it out with a rolling pin.
  10. Press it into a buttered tart mold, and prick in several places with a fork.
  11. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.
  12. After pouring in your favorite filling, it should bake for 10 more minutes.
