Kinako Mochi Toast

  1. Mix together the ingredients to make the kinako cream.
  2. (Adjust to your desired level of thickness).
  3. Thinly slice the rice cakes.
  4. (Or you can use shabu-shabu rice cakes)
  5. Spread the kinako cream from Step 1 on the bread.
  6. Top with the sliced mochi rice cakes.
  7. Toast in an oven until it's as crispy as you like.
  8. I burned it a little.
  9. It's done!
  10. I sandwiched it into a bagel.
