Pork Chop And Sauerkraut Bake Recipe

  1. Drain sauerkraut and rinse lightly.
  2. In layer pan, combine 1 qt water, 1 package pork gravy mix, barley, salt, corn and sauerkraut.
  3. Boil for 30 min.
  4. Peel potatoes and quarter.
  5. In large casserole which has been sprayed with Pam.
  6. Place the potato quarters and the pork chops.
  7. After sauerkraut mix has boiled 30 min, add in to casserole on top of pork chops.
  8. Bake 1 1/2 hrs in 350 degree oven.
  9. More water may be added as needed.
