Pork Chop And Sauerkraut Bake Recipe
- 2 ounce. cans sauerkraut
- 1 (16 ounce.) can white corn
- 6 lg. pork chops
- 6 med. potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. barley
- 1 pkg. pork gravy mix
- 1 quart. water
- Drain sauerkraut and rinse lightly.
- In layer pan, combine 1 qt water, 1 package pork gravy mix, barley, salt, corn and sauerkraut.
- Boil for 30 min.
- Peel potatoes and quarter.
- In large casserole which has been sprayed with Pam.
- Place the potato quarters and the pork chops.
- After sauerkraut mix has boiled 30 min, add in to casserole on top of pork chops.
- Bake 1 1/2 hrs in 350 degree oven.
- More water may be added as needed.
