Mango and Feta Quesadilla

  1. Spread tortilla with mango chutney (or mango salsa).
  2. Add deli ham, feta cheese, and scallion.
  3. Fold in half and grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Cut into quarters and serve.
