Cheddar Eggs
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 1 slice toasted bread
- hot pepper sauce
- Spray small microwavable cup or bowl with cooking spray.
- Add 1 egg and 1 Tbsp.
- water; beat lightly with fork.
- Stir in 1/4 cup shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese.
- Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
- or until egg is completely cooked, stirring after 1 min.
- Spoon onto toasted whole grain bread slice.
- Sprinkle with hot pepper sauce, if desired.
