Easy Rhubarb Dessert Recipe

• 2-3 c. rhubarb
• 1 c. sugar
• 3 ounce. pkg. red Jello
• 1 pkg. Jiffy cake mix
• 1 c. warm water

1. Use 8-inch square pan.
2. Slice rhubarb.
3. Sprinkle over rhubarb, 1 c. sugar and 1 (3 ounce.)
4. package red Jello.
5. then sprinkle on top of which 1 package Jiffy cake mix, dry.
6. Pour 1 c. warm water over all and bake 20-30 min at 350 degrees.
7. Serve with whipped topping or possibly ice cream.
