Macaroni Salad
- 1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni (cooked, rinsed with cold water)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 14 cup sliced scallion
- 1 can tuna (drained and flaked)
- 2 tablespoons celery seeds
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- combine mayonnaise, vinegar, dill, celery seed and salt and pepper.
- mix well.
- In large bowl place cooked macaroni, tuna, and chopped vegetables.
- Add dressing.
- toss to coat well, cover and chill.
- May add more mayonnaise if salad appears to be too dry.
