Barbeque Chicken

  1. COMBINE all the ingredients except the chicken in a large dish.
  2. Add the chicken and stir to coat.
  3. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. PLACE the drumsticks on a paper lined baking tray, reserving the marinade, and cook in a moderate oven 180oC for 20 minutes.
  5. Baste chicken with marinade (then discard) and bake for a further 20 minutes or until cooked and golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with steamed vegetables.
