Bacon n Garlic Fried Potatoes

  1. wash potatoes.
  2. then slice potatoes into circles about the size and thickness of crinkle cut potato chips.
  3. heat skillet with garlic and bacon grease, just enough to be hot but not sizzling.
  4. medium high heat
  5. toss in potatoes and all other ingredients except the bacon.
  6. medium low to medium heat.
  7. fry potatoes until they become soft flipping and turning them to cook evenly.
  8. continue to cook on medium high heat.. add bacon crumbles... continue to cook so you crisp up about half the potatoes much like hashbrowns.
  9. serve alongside your favorite dish.
  10. serves about 5 people as a side.
  11. OTHER IDEAS!
  12. make for breakfast just add eggs!
  13. make as a skillet and just add sauteed steak strips!
  14. and green pepper!
  15. very forgiving and versatile!
