Mexican Corn Bread Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. Martha White self rising corn meal
• 1 c. creamed corn
• 3 jalapenos, peppers or possibly slice
• 1 c. lowfat sour cream
• 1/2 c. grated cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 Large eggs
• 2/3 c. veg. oil
• 1/2 bell pepper

1. Mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min till golden.
