Apple Cabbage Coleslaw Recipe

• 1 x (16 ounce.) ctn. lowfat sour cream
• 1/3 c. sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 2 tsp grnd mustard
• 3 lb unpeeled tart apples, cut into julienne strips
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 lrg head cabbage (3 pounds appx), cored, shredded

1. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for at least 30 min before serving.
