Pecan Pie with Cream Cheese Crust

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Beat eggs lightly in medium bowl.
  3. Add corn syrup, sugar, butter, vanilla and salt; stir until well blended.
  4. Stir in pecan halves.
  5. Pour into prepared pie crust.
  6. Bake 15 min.
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  8. Continue baking 30 to 35 min.
  9. or until pie is lightly browned and centre is puffed.
  10. Cool completely before serving.
  11. Top with Cool Whip.
