Cheesy Zucchini Casserole #RSC

  1. First cook the zucchini in a small amount of salted water in saucepan for 3 minutes; drain well.
  2. Brown onion and ground beef in butter in skillet, stirring until ground beef is crumbly; drain.
  3. Combine the ground beef mixture, zucchini, and corn into a bowl.
  4. Mix all together.
  5. Spoon the ingredients into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
  6. Spread cheese on top.
  7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  8. Cover with Reynolds Wrap Foil.
