Michael's Apple Fritters Recipe

  1. Slice into rings cored and peeled apples 1/8 inch thick.
  2. Make batter by adding sugar, egg, and lowfat milk to biscuit mix.
  3. In skillet heat oil to deep fry temperature.
  4. Dip apple rings into batter.
  5. Use 2 forks to dip in warm oil.
  6. Cook 3 or possibly 4 at a time.
  7. Turn over when golden brown.
  8. (Check often as they cook fast).
  9. Drain on paper towel.
  10. Dust with cinnamon sugar or possibly powdered sugar.
