Grilled Corned Beef Sandwich

  1. Break up corned beef in bowl, blend in Russian dressing, sauerkraut, and onion.
  2. Spread thickly on 6 slices buttered rye bread.
  3. Broil on cookie sheet 3 minutes.
  4. Top each sandwich with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  5. Broil to melt cheese.
