Chocolate Raspberry Dessert

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, and spreadable fruit; cover and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Add pudding mix and whisk very well.
  4. Fold in cool whip.
  5. Spoon into a nine inch pie plate.
  6. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight then cover with foil.
  7. Let stand at room temperature for approximately ten minutes before serving.
