Peach Smoothie Pie Recipe
- 3 ounce. peach Jello
- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 c. diced peaches, liquid removed, canned or possibly fresh
- 12 ounce. Cold Whip
- 1 baked pie shell, 9" reg. crust or possibly graham cracker
- Add in ingredients in order.
- Mix together.
- Reserve 2 Tbsp.
- Cold Whip for garnish.
- Garnish with peach slices and Cold Whip.
- Keep refrigerated till ready to serve.
