Hot Mocha (With Kahlua or Amaretto)
- 4 ounces chocolate
- 2 tablespoons Kahlua or 2 tablespoons Amaretto
- 8 ounces coffee, hot and strong
- 6 tablespoons whipped cream
- chocolate beans (chips)
- Gently melt the chocolate in a pan being careful not to burn it.
- Gradually add the coffee and liqueur.
- Pour into 2 warmed balloon glasses (or martini glass).
- Spoon cream onto the top and decorate with chocolate beans/chips.
