Triple Layer Mud Pie

• 1/4 cup cup canned sweetened condensed milk
• 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
• 1 packages (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
• 1 packages (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Cream Cheese Instant Pudding
• 2 cup milk
• 8 oz COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
• 3 oz BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 1/2 cup cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans, toasted

1. Melt BAKER'S chocolate.
2. Mix chocolate with condensed milk; pour into pie crust.
3. Sprinkle with nuts if wanted.
4. In medium bowl, beat pudding mixes and milk for two minutes; pour 1 1/2 into pie crust.
5. Mix half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in crust.
6. Top with remaining COOL WHIP.
7. Refrigerate if wanted.
