Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cake

  1. Combine dry ingredients and set aside (Flour through Chocolate).
  2. Combine wet ingredients.
  3. Mix dry into wet.
  4. Grease 6 6 ounce custard cups with coconut oil.
  5. Distribute batter evenly between 6 cups.
  6. place cups in baking dish and add about 1/2 inch of water to baking dish.
  7. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
