Asian Broth Recipe

  1. In a 2 1/2- to 3-qt pan over high heat, bring to a boil chicken broth, green onions, ginger, red chilies, and garlic.
  2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15 to 20 min.
  3. With a slotted spoon, lift out and throw away ginger and chilies.
  4. This recipe yields 6 c..
  5. Comments: If making up to 1 day ahead, cover and chill.
