Shoepeg Corn Casserole

  1. Melt cheese, milk, chiles and margarine in large mixing bowl in microwave, stirring frequently.
  2. Add corn and mix well.
  3. Put in 2 quarts (1900 ml) casserole which has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Top with bread crumbs and paprika.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
