Herbed Breast Of Chicken Recipe

  1. Cut 4 small slits in onion, and insert a clove into each slit.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Place chicken, meaty side up, on a large piece of foil.
  4. Sprinkle chicken with herbs, low-sodium seasoning, ginger root, and pepper; top with mushrooms and onion.
  5. Add in wine, fold foil to seal securely.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done; open foil during last 10 min of baking to allow browning.
  7. Cut the onion into wedges for serving.
  8. Yield: 4 servings.
