Chinese Chives Stir-Fry with Miso and Mayonnaise

  1. Cut the Chinese chives into 3 - 4 cm.
  2. Combine the ingredients.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan, and stir-fry the bean sprouts over high heat.
  4. Add Chinese chives, and continue stir-frying briefly.
  5. Pour mixture, and mix well.
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
