Tex-Mex Corn Chowder
- 1 can (10 fl oz./284 mL) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1/4 cup Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits, divided
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
- Mix soup, milk, corn, 3 Tbsp.
- bacon bits and chili powder in saucepan.
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
- Cook on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally.
- Ladle into 4 soup bowls.
- Sprinkle with cheese and remaining bacon bits.
