Ziti and Sausage
- 16 ounces ziti pasta, uncooked
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 3 cups spaghetti sauce
- 12 cup water
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in large saucepan, cook meat until almot done.
- Add green peper; cook until tender.
- Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes; drain.
- Blend in spaghetti sauce and water; heat until sausage is thoroughly cooked.
- Stir in hot pasta.
