Peppermint Dessert Recipe
- 1 graham cracker crust in a 9x13 inch pan
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. cream, whipped
- 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
- 4-5 crushed candy canes
- On top of graham cracker crust, put this filling:
- Cream 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar.
- Add in 3 beaten Large eggs, 3 squares melted semi-sweet chocolate; beat till fluffy.
- Spread on crust.
- Top with 1 1/2 c. cream, whipped, 1 package miniature marshmallows and 4-5 crushed candy canes mixed together.
- Spread over chocolate.
- Can be frzn.
