Deep Chocolate Cookies
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 13 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 12 cup butter
- 4 large eggs
- 1 12 cups sugar
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup flour, plus 2 tbs
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Melt butter and chips in sauce pan on low.
- Add oil and cocoa powder stirring until smooth.
- When blended set aside to cool.
- In large mixer bowl whip eggs and sugar Until thick and light between 5-10 minutes.
- Blend in melted chocolate on low speed.
- Add vanilla, salt and baking powder until blended.
- Stir in flour.
- Refrigerate dough until its firm enough to scoop out about 1 1/2 hours.
- Use small cookie scoop place on ungreased cookie sheet about 3inches apart.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, let rest about a minute before transferring them to wire rack to cool.
