Grain Free Baked Donuts

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  4. Mix the milk alternative and vinegar, set aside.

  6. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Set aside to cool.

  9. Whisk together all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.

  11. Stir in the eggs.

  13. Then, stir in the milk mixture (buttermilk), water, vanilla, and melted butter.
  14. Mix well.

  16. Grease a donut pan with gluten-free casein-free nonstick spray and fill each donut tin almost full.

  18. Bake 13-15 minutes or until browned.
  19. 9.
  20. Cool a few minutes on a wire rack .
  21. 10.
  22. Mix all glaze ingredients, adding more powdered sugar to thicken or more coconut milk to thin.
  23. Then dip tops of donuts into glaze.
  24. 11.
  25. Return to wire rack and cool completely.
  26. 12.
  27. Eat!
