Parmesan Scrambled Egg Baquette

  1. Slice diaganally the sesame baquette then buttered and lightly toast it and set aside
  2. Season the eggs then beat the eggs and pour into the pan with butter
  3. Add shredded Parmesan cheese and chili flake then scramble the eggs for 15 seconds then off heat immediately, top with black pepper
  4. Serve on the battered toasted baquette with salad and some chili and tomato sauce and additional dash of chili flake
