Parmesan Scrambled Egg Baquette
- 6 slice store bought sesame baquette
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- dash black pepper
- 1 tbsp each chili sauce and tomato sauce
- Slice diaganally the sesame baquette then buttered and lightly toast it and set aside
- Season the eggs then beat the eggs and pour into the pan with butter
- Add shredded Parmesan cheese and chili flake then scramble the eggs for 15 seconds then off heat immediately, top with black pepper
- Serve on the battered toasted baquette with salad and some chili and tomato sauce and additional dash of chili flake
